Pinky Anna George grew up between the spice-scented kitchens of Kerala and the tea-time traditions of a colonial upbringing - scones on porcelain plates, shortbread in tin boxes, and plum cakes soaking through the long, quiet weeks before Christmas.
What began as birthday cakes for her neighbours and friends soon became a full order-book, and in time, a proper cloud kitchen. Today Pinky leads Pinkylicious as Founder and Head Baker, turning out small-batch cakes, biryanis, breakfast plates and festive specials - every one of them baked from her own hand or under her watchful eye.
She believes in three unfashionable things: real butter, patience, and the idea that a well-made cake can rescue an ordinary Tuesday. Pinkylicious is her love letter to all three.
